You can coordinate your shipments of special cargo with Hapag-Lloyd such as oversized cargo, prelashed, breakbulk, Shipper Own Container, Flexitank and others.  You will find below the detail of the route to follow depending on the type of cargo requested.

Para coordinar su reserva de carga peligrosa, deberá verificar previamente con su departamento comercial si el material a transportar es permitido para el movimiento marítimo de acuerdo a los protocolos del Código IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code). Una vez autorizado el UN por el departamento comercial, deberá transmitir su reserva indicando el detalle completo de la carga peligrosa para tramitar la aprobación final de la carga a bordo del servicio en el cual requiere su transporte.

Adicionalmente, es necesario diligenciar el DG-FORM, el mismo deberá ser presentado a momento del cierre documental DG para asociar el documento a su solicitud y contar con la documentación requerida.

La confirmación de su reserva no exonera la responsabilidad de etiquetar e identificar debidamente el contenedor, de acuerdo a las cláusulas internacionales que rigen la materia de carga peligrosa.
