India – Inland Container Depot (ICD) Sonipat

Please note that we foresee incremental delays for import arrivals into Inland Container Depot (ICD) SONIPAT.

ICD SONIPAT has witnessed an exponential rise in import volumes. This, coupled with current COVID-19 situation and various infrastructure challenges faced by the ICD, has resulted in following issues:

• Average Import dwell time at port is approx. two weeks.
• Average transit time is anywhere between 5 to 15 days.
• Containers are first evacuated to a hubbing point and then slowly moved
  to ICD SONIPAT.

If you wish to get your cargo without aforementioned delays, you may opt for an alternative ICD in the vicinity and inform us via email to [email protected] prior IGM submission of the shipment.

You may continue to route your imports into ICD SONIPAT. However, please do note the associated delays and plan your clearance appropriately.
