Equipment Movement Reporting

Using the Equipment Movement Reporting you can report equipment moves that are relevant for your depot to Hapag-Lloyd.

• Equipment No.: Enter the relevant equipment number including the check digit (e.g. HLXU 5215512).
• Date / Time: Enter the event / movement local date and time. Defaults to current date / time. If the time is not your local time, please contact Hapag-Lloyd in order to adjust your account time zone.
• Event code: Choose the one that is fitting to your movement. If you are unsure, please contact your Hapag-Lloyd office.
• Reference Type: You can select a reference type if given by the trucker.
• Reference: Enter the code / reference given by the trucker.
• Chassis Number: If the Equipment No. is a container and it has a chassis attached you can report the chassis number in this field.
• Genset Number: If the Equipment No. is a container and it has a genset attached you can report the genset number in this field.
• Carrier No. (for US only): If the trucker reports you a Carrier No. you can enter it in this field. (Carrier Number is only relevant for US, blocked for all other Geo).
  
• TIR No.: If the trucker reports you the TIR No. / Trucker ID then you can enter it in this field.
