Frequently Asked Questions

The Shipments menu will show the latest 15 shipments. However, you can click on “Load more” button at the bottom of the screen to find 15 more shipments. You may repeat this until you see all desired transports.

On the Shipments screen, you can pull down to refresh to get the latest shipments. If the transport is still not visible, it might not be confirmed yet.

The container wise VGM status is currently not available but it will be included in the upcoming enhancements.

No, you do not need a login to track your container.

Yes, you can track the status of the container using the booking number, BL number and the container number.

If the containers are not linked to the booking, then the search result will not show a container number.

Yes, you can share the status of a container by clicking the share button in the top-right corner of the search results.

Yes, a simple registration is sufficient to give you instant access to the Quick Quotes.

Yes! You can create quotations via the Quick Quotes menu in the mobile app.

Yes! The auto routing is only possible if there is an inland location either in the start or the end location. Once you have created a quotation which has an inland start or end location, open the quotation, and then click the three dots in the top-right corner to use the auto-routing functionality.

Yes, you can send the quotation to your in-box by clicking the “Mail” button at the end of the quotation screen.

Yes, you can click on the quote connection from the routing screen of the schedules.

Yes, you can click on the share icon on the top-right corner of the schedule list.

You can find the transit days and the arrival date information in the service section of the mobile app.

Yes! You can filter the news in the top-right settings section.

You can share by clicking the share button in the top-right corner of the news.

Yes, we show the location on the map. Just click on the address.

Yes, you can download the PDF. Once you have opened the PDF, click the three dots in the top-right corner and click download.

In the settings menu, you can click on the “Repeat hints” link so that the app will display the list of all hints once again.

From the settings menu, you can enable or disable the respective section.

There is no option to change the language in the mobile app. The mobile app will automatically be downloaded in the supported language based on the language settings of the device. For now, the supported languages are English, German, Chinese, Portuguese, French, and Spanish.
