• For cargo moving US-CAN or US-MEX via rail, AES and Seal #’s are required
  
• DG/Hazardous cargo, outside of consolidated cargo shipments moving US-CAN, can be billed using the website IF DG is approved and the Final IMO’s is received
  
• List TOTAL CARGO WEIGHT (DG plus any NON HAZ)
• If rejected by the website:

 Email BOL and/or Final IMO to [email protected]* and * [email protected] for review

**WEB BILLING EXCEPTIONS**
 
US RAIL BILL cannot automatically process the following types of billing:

• Rail billing intentionally needed prior to ERD’s or past LRD’s (i.e., inland rail cutoffs)
• Consolidated cargo shipments moving on Canadian Rails.
• Any US-CAN or MEX rail shipments with more than two AES references (classified as consolidated cargo shipments).
