Saudi Arabia – Export & Import Regulation for Freight Forwarders

In accordance with the Directive from Mawani, Saudi Port Authority’s regulation listed under Article 26 Section (1) a stipulation for Shipping lines to obtain Freight Forwarder’s License copy issued by the Public Transport Authority.

We kindly request you to submit copy of the license issued by Public Transport Authority at the earliest; in case you are in the process of obtaining such license from the Authorities please do share the supporting proof of request in process.

With this advisory, Hapag-Lloyd reserves the right to pass any penalty imposed by Mawani for non-compliance to freight forwarder concerned.

We look forward to your support and kindly request you to comply with the regulation affecting all cargoes shipped to/from Saudi Ports.
