The Shipments menu will show the latest 15 shipments. However, you can click on “Load more” button at the bottom of the screen to find 15 more shipments. You may repeat this until you see all desired transports.
On the Shipments screen, you can pull down to refresh to get the latest shipments. If the transport is still not visible, it might not be confirmed yet.
The container wise VGM status is currently not available but it will be included in the upcoming enhancements.
Yes, you can track the status of the container using the booking number, BL number and the container number.
If the containers are not linked to the booking, then the search result will not show a container number.
Yes, you can share the status of a container by clicking the share button in the top-right corner of the search results.
Yes! The auto routing is only possible if there is an inland location either in the start or the end location. Once you have created a quotation which has an inland start or end location, open the quotation, and then click the three dots in the top-right corner to use the auto-routing functionality.
Yes, you can send the quotation to your in-box by clicking the “Mail” button at the end of the quotation screen.
You can find the transit days and the arrival date information in the service section of the mobile app.
Yes, you can download the PDF. Once you have opened the PDF, click the three dots in the top-right corner and click download.
