Please select a suitable vessel/schedule.

Note: Where your booking request is based on a quotation the options available for selection will reflect that of the quotation.

Screen area: Schedule selection

Entry field: Start location / End location

Where your transport begins and finishes.

For a contract based booking request you need to input this information manually.

While typing, a list of matching locations will be proposed.

A minimum of three letters is required for this type ahead function to propose a suitable location entry.

Note: Where your booking request is based on a quotation this information will default to show as defined by the quotation.

Entry field: Via 1, Via 2

Where your transport moves via.
For a contract based booking you need to input this information manually if necessary.

While typing, a list of matching locations will be proposed.

Entry field: Start date / End date

The date range selected from start to finish.

For Carrier’s haulage this will identify the loading/delivery date at door.

For Merchant’s haulage this will show the delivery / collection date at the terminal.

Note: The date is preset with the current date. You can amend as applicable but no further than 12 months ahead.The entry of the End date is optional and must be no more than 3 months after the Start Date.

Selection: Received at your door (CH), Received at container terminal (MH)

Who is responsible for haulage arrangements at origin.

The default selection is: 'Received at container terminal (MH)', i.e.you are responsible for the transport to the terminal / depot. If you want to Hapag-Lloyd to handle the transport to / from  your desired location then select 'Received at your door (CH)'.

Carrier’s haulage (CH) results in an additional leg for container transport from the load point to the terminal/depot.

Note: Where your booking request is based on a quotation this information will default to show as defined by the quotation.

Selection field: Delivered at your door (CH), Delivered at container terminal (MH)

Who is responsible for haulage arrangements at destination.

The default selection is: ‘Delivered at container terminal (MH)', i.e.you are responsible for the transport from the terminal / depot. If you want to Hapag-Lloyd to handle the transport to / from  your desired location then select 'Received at your door (CH)'.

Carrier’s haulage (CH) results in an additional leg for container transport from the terminal/depot to the requested delivery address.

Note: Where your booking request is based on a quotation this information will default to show as defined by the quotation.

Button: Look-up Schedule

Schedules based upon your booking parameters.

Note: Looking up the schedule is mandatory before proceeding with the creation of your booking request.

You will be lead to the Hapag-Lloyd Interactive Schedule page where the proposed routings based upon your criteria will be displayed.(You can also expand to view the full routing where applicable) Please select your preferred connection and press 'Select for Booking'. You will now be taken back to the Routing & Schedule tab. Your selected schedule data will now be displayed within the details table below the search criteria fields.

If you decide to interrupt this step without selecting a schedule you may go backwards by using the browser back button.

Button: Clear

If you want to change your schedule selection please press 'Clear' which will allow for another schedule selection to be made.

List of Routing Details

Details of your selected routing (Vessel / mode of transport, dates,...).Note: A routing can consist of at least 1 and at most 9 sections.

Column: Location

Name of the location, i.e. the terminal, load point or customer´s premises.

Column: Arrival / Departure

Planned arrival date / departure at the respective location

Column: Vessel / Mode of transport

The method of transport or the specified vessel, if applicable.

Possible modes of transports are:

  • Truck
  • Rail
  • Waterway
  • Combined Rail
  • Combined Waterway

Column: Voyage

Schedule voyage number.

Column: Service

The service to which the voyage belongs.

Screen area: Export positioning depot

Entry field: Company name and full address

For Carrier’s haulage (CH) the name and address of the company where the container is to be positioned is required.
