After you have submitted your booking request, you will be taken to the ‘Booking Received’ tab.
The ‘Booking Received’ tab displays the booking reference along with confirmation that your booking request has been successfully transmitted to Hapag-Lloyd and will be processed accordingly.
In the unlikely event of no booking reference being made available there may be some technical errors which will be resolved by your local Hapag-Lloyd customer service team, a message on the ‘Booking Received’ tab will keep you updated with any development.
In either case, your booking request will be processed and your booking confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible.
If you want to view your transmitted booking request(s), please go to 'List of Bookings' where you will find all your recently created booking requests.
