What to Expect during Our Usability Study?

When you join our usability study, expect a meeting that typically lasts 20-45 minutes. It will be conducted remotely, so you will need a computer with internet access. We use Microsoft Teams, so you can join using just your web browser – no need to install any software. The meeting will be conducted in English, but don’t worry if you're not fluent.

With your consent, we would like to record the meeting to capture how you navigate our website and products. This will help us improve our products to be more user-friendly. Rest assured, the recording data will be protected and will be deleted no later than one year after the study is completed. We'll ask about your professional background to understand which parts of Hapag-Lloyd website you use in your daily job. We also would like to learn what you prefer or find troublesome on our website. We may also ask you to try out some tasks using a prototype of our new digital solution.

The meeting will be conducted by one of our researchers or a member of our product team. Sometimes, other team members will join to observe and take notes, so we can learn more about how our website is used.
