e-payment in Saudi Arabia

Keeping pace with Saudi Vision 2030 Digitalization Goal and Hapag-Lloyd’s Saudi Limited efforts to follow a “No Cash Policy”, we are happy to announce the implementation of “e-payment”.
Effective July 1, 2019, we shall be collecting payments only via SADAD, the trusted e-portal used by the Saudi Arabian Government and leading Private Sectors.

All of your invoices will be uploaded on to SADAD portal and customers are requested to process payment via SADAD using the SADAD bill ID provided along with the invoices automatically. Invoices and SADAD bill ID shall be sent for each Bill of Lading to the email registered with us.

Hapag-Lloyd is registered with SADAD under the category “Transportation & Services” with biller code: 521.

For import shipments, if in case you have not received SADAD bill ID prior 5 days of Vessel ETA, please contact us via [email protected]

For export shipments, if in case you have not received SADAD bill ID for payment, please contact us via [email protected]

The above facility is excluded for Detention invoices for Imports. You are requested to take advantage of this facility and partner with us in fulfilling this great initiative.
