The war between Russia and Ukraine is posing operational constraints, and we are working towards assisting you with your cargo. As the most recent update, the challenges presented have posed an additional booking stop for Belarus. Update: March 1, 2022

We are working on different approaches to assist you during this difficult time. The constraints presented by the sudden port closures have affected supply chains in many parts of the world. Therefore, we will be offering free Change of Destination (COD) fee for containers in transit, as well as free booking cancellation fees for inbound cargo to both countries. Please reach out to our local customer service teams, who are looking forward to assisting you with your individual situation.

Update: February 28, 2022

Concerning the war between Russia and Ukraine, we would like to provide you with a brief update related to the containers that were already in transit to Odessa and Novorossiysk:

• Odessa: all cargo en route to this port will be discharged in Contanta, Romania
• Novorossiysk: all cargo en route to this port will be discharged in Istanbul, Turkey
