Brazil – Booking Cancellation Fee

With reference to the Customer NEWS published on May 12, 2021 concerning the Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF), please be informed about following changes starting as of August 14, 2021.

• Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF) = USD 150,00 per container
  This fee apllies to the cancellation of the full booking or container reduction from 14 to 8 days prior vessel´s departure date
  
  
• Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF) = USD 300,00 per container
  This fee apllies to the cancellation of the full booking or container reduction as from 7 days prior vessel´s departure date

We encourage you to inform us about your booking cancellation before the aforementioned timeline. It will help us to increase the transparency and provide us with higher flexibility to better serve your space requirement.
