At the 'List of Requests' page you find all your recent bookings.
They will be categorised as follows:
As a Hapag-Lloyd online business user you will only be permitted to view bookings / booking requests which involve your organisation as customer.
All related data will not be divulged to parties that are not directly involved within the booking and its process.
To search for a specific booking, please input the customer reference, a location of the booking or booking number and press 'Find'.
Please insert the customer reference you provided at the time of booking. This will form the basis of the search criteria and will display all booking requests containing these details.
Please insert one or more of the locations provided at the time of booking which can consist of Start of Transport, Port of Loading, Port of Discharge or End of Transport. This will form the basis of the search criteria and will display all booking requests containing these details.
Please insert the Hapag-Lloyd booking reference.
Note: This will only be available for submitted and confirmed bookings.
Check this box to view booking requests created by yourself only alternatively leave unchecked to view all booking requests created by your organization.
Here you can see all booking requests that have not been completed or submitted to Hapag-Lloyd subsequently they will not have been allocated a booking reference. From here you have the option to complete and submit as required or use to form the basis of a copy booking.

Note: There can be more than one booking / booking request with the same booking reference.
The start location / Port of loading provided at the time of booking.
The Vessel departure date selected at the time of booking.
The Vessel selected at the time of booking.
The Port of discharge / End location provided at the time of booking.
The date the booking was created.
Name of the person who created the booking.
If you want to complete a booking request from this list, please check the respective checkbox followed by the ‘Complete’ button you will be then taken back to where the booking was left.
If you wish to copy a booking request from this list, please check the respective checkbox followed by the ‘Copy’ button.
If you wish to delete a booking request from this list, please check the respective checkbox followed by the ‘Delete’ button.
Here you can see all booking requests that have been completed and submitted to Hapag-Lloyd, from here you have the option to copy a booking.
The booking reference that has been assigned to this booking / booking request by Hapag-Lloyd.
The customer reference provided at the time of booking.
The start location / Port of loading provided at the time of booking.
The Vessel departure date selected at the time of booking.
The Vessel selected at the time of booking.
The Port of discharge / End location provided at the time of booking.

If you want to view the data of a submitted booking request you can do that by checking the respective checkbox followed by the Booking Request Details button.
Use Update Booking if you want to refresh and update an already submitted booking and make adjustments.
The already filled information will be adopted.
Update Booking is based on the shipment data which is already stored in FIS.
It is only possible to update bookings which have a valid and not expired contract number.
NOTE: DG Details will not be adopted.
If you want to copy the data of a submitted booking request you can do that by checking the respective checkbox followed by the Copy button.
Note: All tabs containing data that expired and needs updating will be marked with an red asterisk.
