With this Online Business service, you can enter several search criteria to attain a list of all bookings for which you desire tracing information. For each booking, you can reach the tracing information for its container.
In addition, depending on your authorizations you can get directly to following Online Business services:
If you do not have all authorizations for the services above you can request them via My Account. More information on how to request your authorizations you find within this user guide in the section My Account.
You can search for your bookings by entering several search criteria:
Bill of Lading number
All bookings will be listed which are documented on that Bill of Lading
Customer reference
All bookings will be listed at which the customer reference start at least with the entered characters.
Vessel name
Only Bookings will be listed which are belonging to the actual voyage at the selected vessel.
Voyage number
When entering the Voyage number keep the Vessel name empty, otherwise the voyage number will be ignored
Port of loading / Port of discharge
Combine the entry of the Port of loading and / or the Port of discharge with the entry of the vessel name
Date from
Here you can enter the date from which on you want to display your bookings.
Week
You can here enter the number of the week for which you want to display bookings
Table
Here you find the result table of the bookings according to your search criteria. It contains:
- Booking number
- Bill of Lading number
- Voyage number
- Port of loading
- Port of discharge
- Vessel name.

To view a list of containers belonging to a specific booking select the respective row and click at this button. From here you can get further to the Online Business service ‘Tracing by container’ where you find the respective tracing information.
