At the Exchange Rate page you find the rate of exchange for either the import charges or export charges depending on which Online Business tool you are utilizing. You are only authorized to view the exchange rates only if your company has been defined as a party within the transport.

At the ‘Import’ tool you can view the rate of exchange for the import charges of your booking.

At the ‘Shipment Details’ page you can view the rate of exchange either for the import side or for the export side of your booking depending on the search criteria you have entered to list your shipments on the ‘My Shipments’ page.
