This Online Business service provides you the ability to retrieve tracing data for up to three containers by e-mail. In order to complete this request, you must send an e-mail to Hapag-Lloyd to in turn receive your actual tracing information to your e-mail account immediately.

Form of the e-mail

In the subject line of the e-mail fill in ‘Tracing:’ followed by up to 3 container numbers separated by a semicolon (;). Send your e-mail to [email protected].

Example

Tracing:HLXU1234567;HLCU1234566;HLCU1234555

Upon completion, you will receive one e-mail per container. It will contain the respective tracing information, which is the same as is listed in the Online Business service ‘Tracing by Container’.
