User Guide: Shipment details

At the 'Shipment Details' page you find detailed information on a specific booking such as Export information, Import information and Container information. It gives you the possibility to view further details such as exchange rates, terminal information, container and cargo information.

Reference

You find here your booking reference.

Cut off time

Shows you the date and time of the relevant cut off at the first port of loading of the shipment routing.

Doc closure

Document Closure Date. Shows you the date and time of the relevant document closure.

Precarriage

Here you find the export type of the transport. Values can be

• FCL / LCL (Full Container Load / Less Container Load) and
• DOOR / RAMP / PORT.

Full Container Delivery at:

Here you find address information on the hand-over place on export side (customer´s premise or port / inland terminal).

Button: Export Terminal

Connects you to the address details and opening times for the export terminal.
It is only visible for export transport type 'RAMP' or 'PORT'.

Button: Export Exchange Rate

Leads you to the Export Exchange Rate. The button is only visible if you have listed your bookings at the 'My Shipments' service for the Export side.

Oncarriage

Here you find the Import type of the transport. It can be

• FCL / LCL (Full Container Load / Less Container Load) 
• DOOR / RAMP / PORT.

Full Container Pick-up at

Find here the address information on the hand-over place on import side (customer´s premise or port / inland terminal).

Button: Import Terminal

Connects you to the address details and opening times for the import terminal.
It is only visible for import transport type 'RAMP' or 'PORT'.

Button: Import

Connects you to the Import service. It is only visible for users with Import authorization.

Button: Import Exchange Rate

Leads you to the Import Exchange Rate. The button is only visible if you have listed your bookings at the 'My Shipments' service for the Import side.

Container no.

Shows you the assigned container number of the equipment if it is available.

Positioning

Shows you the date and time and the time rule.

For export transport type 'RAMP' or 'PORT' this is the requested pick-up date at the empty pick-up place.
For export transport type 'DOOR' this is the requested positioning date at the place of empty positioning (customer place).

Container pick-up

Shows you the planned empty pick-up place where the container is deposited before the transport.
It is only visible for export transport type 'RAMP' or 'PORT'.

Container redelivery

Shows you the planned empty redelivery place where the container is deposited after the transport.
It is only visible for import transport type 'RAMP' or 'PORT'.

Select specific details for a row

To view details for a specific row select the respective row and click the desired button below the table.

Button: Pick-Up details

Leads you to the address details of the pick-up place.

Button: Redelivery details

Leads you to the address details of the redelivery place (in case of customer´s responsibility).

Button: Container

Leads you  to the container details service with information on container type, overdimensions, temperature control. 

Button: Cargo

Leads you to the cargo details service with information on cargo description, piececount, weights.

Button: Tracing

Leads you to the container tracing information for that container. The button is only visible if you have the authorization for this service.
