User Guide: Customs

Customs provides you the possibility to monitor & proof your customs declarations. You will find all relevant customs and advanced filing systems.

First you could decide if you would like to obtain information for Export or Import (default).

You may just press find or you could reduce your selection via Advanced Search using as a filter the HL Booking Number, Documentation Number, Container Number, your Reference, Customs Reference, Arrival/Departure Location, Vessel Name, Voyage Number, Customs System and a Date Range of the Vessel Arrival/Departure as a filter.

Via Advanced Search you could uncollapse filter your selection.

You could reduce your selection via filtering by either:
HL Booking Number e.g. 123456789
Document Number e.g. HLABCD1234567
Container Number e.g. HLCU 1234
Your Reference e.g. MY HAPAG123 
Customs Reference e.g. ATB15112345455565677 or VI0443219897886767

You could reduce your selection via Departure Location e.g. HAMBURG (DEHAM).

You could reduce your selection via Arrival Location e.g. RIO DE JANEIRO (BRRIO).

You could reduce your selection via Vessel Name e.g. MSC BARCELONA.

You could reduce your selection via Voyage Number e.g. 1950N.

You could reduce your selection via Date Range of maximum of 6 weeks of Vessel Arrival (Import View)/ Vessel Departure (Export View) e.g. from 2020-02-14 to 2020-02-28.

You could reduce your selection via Customs System e.g. BRAZIL SISCARGA or USA ACE/AMS or GERMAN CUSTOMS SYSTEMS or EU AIS (ADVANCED FILING) ...

You could collapse the advanced search via clicking on Based Search.
