Here you can see all booking requests that have been confirmed by Hapag-Lloyd, from here you have the option to copy a booking.

Column: Booking Number

The booking reference that has been assigned to this booking / booking request by Hapag-Lloyd.

Column: Customer Reference

The customer reference provided at the time of booking.

Column: Start Location / Port of Loading

The start location / Port of loading provided at the time of booking.

Column: Vessel Departure

The Vessel departure date selected at the time of booking.

Column: Vessel

The Vessel selected at the time of booking.

Column: Port of Discharge / End Location

The Port of discharge / End location provided at the time of booking.

Column: Creation Date

The date the booking was created.

Column: Created by

Name of the person who created the booking.

Button: Booking Request Details

If you want to view the data of a booking request you can do that by checking the respective checkbox followed by the ‘Booking Request Details’ button.

Button: Copy

If you want to copy the data of a submitted booking request you can do that by checking the respective checkbox followed by the ‘Copy’ button.

Note: All tabs containing data that expired  and needs updating will be marked with an red asterisk.

Button: Shipment Details

If you want to view the data of a confirmed booking request you can do that by checking the respective checkbox followed by the Shipment Details button.
