The container-shipping business is more than just operations and sales! In the broad field of Organization & Function Support, we aim to provide precisely the tools and systems that our enabling functions at Hapag-Lloyd need.

The variety of solutions literally range from A to Z – from Alterxy for our Data Analytics departments to Zycus for our Procurement processes. And, of course, we also use SAP, especially for finance management.
One of our latest additions is the Oracle HCM system to support our HR colleagues and thereby allow them to focus more on people and less on software.

SAP Developer

As a part of Hapag-Lloyds SAP Team, you work for the Basis & Development team together with the colleagues in Hamburg, Gdansk and around the globe. The SAP Teams in Hamburg and Gdansk are considerably ramping up right now, in order to drive our migration from SAP ECC 6.8 system to SAP S/4HANA.Hapag-Lloyd uses SAP for Finance, Treasury, Controlling and Materials Management.

SAP Inhouse Consultant

As part of Hapag-Lloyds IT Team, you work in a team of 10 colleagues located in Hamburg and Gdansk. The focus of the team is SAP Finance and Accounting. Together with the other SAP teams, you will be maintaining and developing the Hapag-Lloyd SAP system. You will work together with colleagues in the business and IT in Hamburg, Gdansk and around the globe. The SAP Teams in Hamburg and Gdansk are currently considerably ramping up based on our mission to migrate from SAP ECC 6.8 system to SAP S/4HANA in the near future.
