Dheeraj Bhatia began his maritime career 30 years ago. Starting as a Mariner, he has held key management roles across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and North America, driving market expansion, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Dheeraj joined Hapag-Lloyd as Managing Director, initially leading the Area India. Since 2018, he has been Senior Managing Director for the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, and Africa, and a member of Hapag-Lloyd's Executive Committee. In January 2024, he was appointed to Hapag-Lloyd AG's executive board and became CEO of Hapag-Lloyd Terminal Holding (Hanseatic Global Terminals).

Rolf Nielsen has over 25 years of experience in the shipping and logistics sector. He began his career at Danish liner shipping company Maersk and held a range of international leadership positions on three different continents. He joined Hanseatic Global Terminals in 2023. Rolf Nielsen also serves on the Board of Directors at the Port of Skagen, where he plays a key role in the strategic development of the port.
Rolf's experience with leadership, strategy, and operations will support the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of Hanseatic Global Terminals, driving its growth going forward.
Camillo Fontana has more than 15 years of finance experience in container shipping and land-logistics businesses. He has held several international management positions within the Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) organisation, initially based in its Geneva headquarters as Finance Manager and, from 2014, as Regional CFO of Asia and Middle East, based in Singapore. In 2018 he was appointed CFO of Medlog S.A., the land-logistics division of MSC, a position he held until 2022. For the last two years, he has served as a board member for several MSC agencies as well as Head of the MSC Group CFO Office.d.
